The Last Song

Dear Dad,

Once upon a time

there was a happy family,

But suddenly a terrifying storm came

and slowly the golden chain

that linked those wonderful hearts together

began to shake.

And it couldn’t hold it much longer.

The little family broke apart.

Leaving love and care aside,

They stepped out from bonds

Every sweet memory was vanished in past

No one had those delighted moments again

The things they enjoyed once

as a family,

Until that special day,

It was the day of Reunion.

I know I was wrong, but I didn’t have a choice

I was grown alone, and thought I was born to be alone.

Never thought a day will come, to end my sorrows

and to be back in joy as earlier.
